what is the evidence for legal sepration

hello vj family, just want to know what is the evidence that we need to prepare for legal separation, becuase my husband he is married last 2005 from his ex wife..then legal separated last 2008..then got married again this year.but he got his divorce decree last november 2012, then got married last january..what we need to prepare for the evidences, thank you very much for the reply..

Just to clarify, he got divorced in 2012 from the ex and married to you in 2013, right?

No need for any papers about the separation, what he needs is the divorce decree showing that the divorce was final before you married.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

yes he got divorce november 2012, then we got married january 2013 my worried is maybe the consulate they think that while we have relationship, he still married..but that time we we met each other he is legal separated already..thanks for the reply

I do not think you should be worried. Most important thing is the date his divorce was finalized and when you two got married.

From the dates you provide, his divorce became final before you married him. Whether you were seeing him when he was separated to me it's immaterial.
