I wanted to thank everyone who has contributed to this great exchange of experience and kindness. I could not have got through the first half from NOA1 to NOA2 with out this groups support. I got lucky after looking at the March filers. I thought I would give you what I did that may have helped. Here is a short recap of my journey I filed in March 19 received at NBC after 4 month contact my Senator and Congressman also went for info pass in that month. Response was could take 12 months no action. I did not call any time. November I was resigned that my NOA2 would never come then got transfer notice 11/5/13 to NSC. I had another Infor pass on November 17 they said two of my three application were in the system these were the two children. No action again on my 9 month date I email NSC and ask what was my status and again no answer. The only thing that did happen I was approved on 11/23/13 for all three NOA2. I do not know if this helped but I am only 1 of three people who were approved in the March 19 group. There were people who were sent earlier and after my date of 11/5/13. Thanks to everyone for your good wishes and I hope this my help you get your approval.

Hi vegas. I have the same exact dates as you and wanted to see what information did you send over when emailing the office? I just sent and email along with my msc number and just a letter of concern.. Hoping maybe it will help

Yup, losing hope is putting it mildly. I am on the verge of tears today.. I just can't believe how broken this system is. My poor husband has to put up with me being all emotional. I'm out of words. I just don't know what to think anymore. I just want to cry.

8.5 months since our NOA1 and 1 month today since we were transferred to the TSC. I know the Marchies have been hanging longer than us .. I am sad for all of us. This all could have been avoided and it is all so unnecessary.

I know but we have to think of it this way, our relationship is more important and we cannot allow this to take something away so great that we have. We have to stay strong its reallllyyyyy hard but we have to. I prayed soo much today for an approval I hope that someone hears me ?

Me too. I'm on the edge also.I'm crying all the time.

He went on infopass and he was advised about our RFE and send the documents on 24, now we're waiting.

We planed our holiday because we couldn't wait anymore to see each other, so this days i found little peace and happiness in that.

I wish for all of us quick approval, before we lose our minds.

I had the same breakdown at about 8.5 months. I was just so exhausted from having to fight for every crumb of information, and trying to stay positive for my kids. So I had my depressed day(s), where I spent the day sobbing and sick. And the next day I got up and started fighting again.

This situation is horrible. I think if I don't get an answer shortly, I'm going to file an FOIA request with them and see what's been done on my case. And I'm going to request my file from the FBI as well. If I go over a year, I'll be consulting with a lawyer about filing a Writ of Mandamus. I've got enough proof that I've gone through all available channels for answers. Been studying up on it just in case the past few days in between Xmas stuff.

I'm so sorry that we're all going through this. All this needless suffering. Terrible.

If I knew it would have taken soo long I would have planned to spend new years with him?

I don't know how anyone can give an estimate at this point. NOBODY knows how long. We all just sit on the edges of our seats EVERYDAY hoping our file will be the one they pick up today

TSC is a joke. I haven't heard a peep out of them for so long.

I'm looking at another 8 months after NOA2. I'd like to think it would go faster.. but I have to look at it realistically.

I sent you a PM the other day.. That subject of that message really eats me alive. That is adding to my stress.
