What is up with the Casa Bocobo ? I made plans for the 24th-28th and decided to arrive early instead . Been trying to change my reservations and having the hardest time with them . I call and they act like it's mission impossible to do this . Sir you need to do this on the website . Then I look on the website and there is no option other then sending an email . No response at all ! Now I just want to cancel and go somewhere else . If this is a problem what others will I face once there . Anyone have problems with them before ?

Casa Bocobo is trying their best to ripped you off.

I am from Cebu and so when I had my medical on Sept. 4th I reserved a room from them through a credit card. They gave me a room which was so loud and so I wasn't able to get some sleep.

When I checked out, I reserved a room again for my interview but asking them to give me one which is quiet.

They asked me to pay first, so I paid it with cash.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my interview since our package I needed for my interview didn't make it on time. Since it is impossible for me to attend to my interview I called the Casa Bocobo to cancel my reservation and I want my money back.

They told to go there on that day so they could refund the money (which was so impossible) or else they will forfeit my money. I don't think it was fair enough. They just want your money that's all and they don't care whether their guest is comfortable and satisfied.

I wouldn't recommend Casa Bocobo to anybody even if they are close to SLEC and USEM.

11/06/2013 - VISA Received

11/11/2013 - CFO Done

11/15/2013 - POE Detroit

I suggest stay at Lotus Garden instead of Casa Bocobo.. but yeah they're trying to rip you off. or if going for medical stay at Paragon Towers.
