Hi all,

Does my fiancee need to fill out the I134 even though her income is $0 (she is full time student) and we have a sponsor who's filled one out already?

Also Q11, what should the sponsor be writing? And what should my fiancee be putting if she has to fill the I134 out but has no income?

I'd particularly like to hear from people who have gone through LONDON.

This is LONDON specific. Only one I-134 is required from the person who has the money.

Q11- for someone not the fiancé go ahead and tick "intend" then list anything they are offering....Room, board, transportation, and anything the immigrant needs until he is authorized to work.

I only remember one London interview where Q11 was specifically discussed and that was in late 2008. It doesn't seem to be an issue however it is answered.
