How long do I have to wait for a decision after getting 'decision cannot be made' on N-652?

I talked with Tier 2, but they says that USCIS field office scheduled the oath ceremony and they told me to go INFOPASS but, it didn't helped me.

I live in San Francisco, and processing time is 5 months.

also, my priority date is 04/07/13, and interview was 7/22/13 but i don't received the oath letter yet.

if they already scheduled you for oath, then ask the tier 2 to give you the date and the time of the oath ceremony. Another solution, contact your senator office, and ask them that you didn't receive your oath letter, if you already scheduled, and they can manage to get the field office to fax them a copy of the letter.

if you wanna rush it, 1)you can contact your senator ,2) and keep an eye for an info pass, and talk to supervisor and tell him/her that your brother already scheduled for interview. if it didn't work I think you have nothing to do but wait

so IO and supervisor is different in INFOPASS?

We always found the infopass officers to be much more helpful and knowledgeable than the telephone no-helpline.

If you can get an appointment, I definitely would.

Yes.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I'm in the same boat. I had my interview on December 27, 2017. The uscis officer told me to go home and wait for a decision to be made. I litterally got in hand a uscis mail today March 16, 2018. The mail indicate that i have to come to an appointment on February 23, 2018, bring in my passport, state ID, greebcard or any document i would like to add. I have a right to bring in a lawyer or an attorney.

I'm freaking worried. My appointment date is 3 weeks old. Why would they ask me to bring in a lawyer? I'm scheduling inforpass appointment but there is no opened dates in my uscis local office. In additional, another 2 weeks wait for the infor pass is too risky. Anyone have the same problem???
