You found a sponsor? You mean a co-sponsor because your fiance(e) does not make enough? $68,000 is plenty, unless they have tons of dependents. No need to list any assets at all if the income is sufficient, You can leave those questions on the I-134 blank.

Thank you . I got my visa, now i am in usa, anybody knows how many days after entering at usa we can apply for SSN ????and where can i annouce when i marry for starting mygreen card??

Another question would be if I have equity in my home and a 401k can I use that information without adding a sponser?

You do not add incomes with the co-sponsor. You each fill out your own I-134 and the co-sponsor must meet the requirement on their own for their household size plus the foreign fiance(e).

Assets can be used at 3 to 5 times the shortcoming in your income. If you make $15k but need $20k, then at the bare minimum, you need $15k- $25k in assets. They must be able to be converted to cash within a year without hardship to the sponsor. Using the home you live in may or may not be accepted, since selling the home you live would make you homeless and be a hardship. You need to get a professional appraisal and provide any documentation about outstanding liens against the home in order to get the net value to be used. If your income and assets are borderline, then you should really consider having a co-sponsor just in case.
