I Can't get a phone line call to NVC at 1-603-334-0700 always Busy??? any other number or a better time to call?

my advice is call them way too early or almost to late, but THEIR TIME, do not call them at rush hour (luch time) because it would be next to impossible, my fiance also said that in the morning every single time he tried was busy, I called them late their 10 pm or so and my call went through immediately , I forgot to ask something so next day before going to work -i´m 2 hrs behind Eastern time-, almost with my pj on I called them and I went through, so call either too early or too late.l

05/13/2013 Alien number change a email from USCIS

07/29/2013 NOA2 Approval email from USCIS

08/19/2013 Called DOS told NVC received file case number given.

08/21/2013 file in transit to London embassy as stated on CEAC website also spoke to DOS to confirm

4/01/2014 faxed expedite supporting documents to number on letter sent to me. Waiting waiting waiting

4/03/2014 (68 days) EAD and AP approved text message sent status post decision. Hooray !!!

4/7/2014 (72 days ) status change to card in production for EAD.

4/10/2014 ( 75 days) status changed after calling uscis regarding urgency of EAD. Also usps tracking number at 20.580pm

YES, that is the phone number I keep calling but says it's busy and hangs up om me. No Call holding and wait in line, Just hangs up saying too busy.

NVC takes forever to get through when you do get through your on hold for hours. Department is state there is only a two minutes wait if that and they have the same access as NVC infact they are the ones overseeing NVC. And they are lot friendlier. They can give you your case number if it has been logged on by NVC.

I tried DOS, when I got through, the customer service rep told me to call NVC. I finally reached someone at NVC after 6PM eastern time, so I would suggest calling later in the day.

just so everyone knows, I called at 8 am there time and got through instantly. it may be because most ppl are driving to work/ asleep at that time. I have never gotten through that fast!

Their phone lines will always be busy. Chances are, you might never get a chance to talk to them through phone. My best advice is this: e-mail them. Create an account at ustraveldocs by filling up the ds-160 form( you are required to do this). They respond around 2 to 3 working days. Not bad. Unlike zero chances of getting through the phone with them. Hope this helped. Good luck!
