NO Visa Interview Dates

Went online today to schedule a Visa Interview, and there were 2 available on Sept 11, and NOTHING after that. NOTHING for October, November, or for the next year.

I called the embassy several times, but got no answer.

I then called the US number and spoke to someone who told me that they only "see" what I am seeing online.

Anyone else having any luck scheduling a visa interview? If so, please tell me how.

Thanks

Yes!! I agree with you... that's all I'm seeing also and it is indeed quite annoying! Actually Sept 10-12 was open yesterday but according to USEM when I called them they open up dates as they wish... they also told me the same thing they told you about the "seeing" part...

Few days ago 1 of my friends here told me that Oct 22-24 was also open but obviously now it's not! What I dont get is how come they dont just open up 3 months ahead so ppl can schedule FREELY without having to check several times/day and wasting their time................... how long have you been checking the calendar? I just started last few days....

PM me if you want to talk more!

I just recently started checking for a visa interview date. I could have and would have started earlier, but I had NO idea that interview dates were hard to get.

Now that we have everything ready and were going to do the medical exam and CFO next week, my fiancée departure will be delayed another month or two depending on when she can get an interview date.

If we had known how difficult it was to get an interview, we would have started sooner to get one.

Ya things are really backed up at the embassy right now. Aside from the flooding that caused the embassy to close I don't know what has backed everything up.

The blitzkreig pace of i-129F approvals of late. It's a crowded situation all around, and will remain so until the USEM K-1 interviewing personnel can match the I-129F adjunctator increase at the USCIS service centers.
