just got an email from NVC saying

"The NVC completed its

processing of this visa petition, and forwarded it to the U.S. Embassy
or Consulate in YEREVAN ARMENIA.

how long is the wait after that, does any one know ?

mine waS approved in nov. 12 and they sent it to nvc on Dec 13, crazyyy uhhh....some case stayed more than others, i dont know why....

I'm not sure how the process goes from here for Armenia as each Embassy has it's own way of doing things. I would suggest you ask this question in the regional forum and also look at the information for that particular embassy/consulate.

I'm not sure how the process goes from here for Armenia as each Embassy has it's own way of doing things. I would suggest you ask this question in the regional forum and also look at the information for that particular embassy/consulate.

Check on CEAC. Choose immigrant visa and enter your number in the box. That'll give you your status update.

I'm thinking you should've already received it. Have you called DoS about the fact that you were approved one month ago and still haven't received it?

Maybe they (DOS) gonna tell me that i have to call to uscis, and i did call uscis and they told me that they sent it, and i know that the mailman put it in the wrong one and nobody sent it back, so they told me that i have to fill out the form I-824 and this costs $405 and that's not my fault .... i am stress thinking about it, and when i call to nvc or dos they asked me about my noa2 God i was waiting for this 9 long years because we are a same sex couple...
