Well, the pace at which each service center works often changes, so it's hard to tell what will be happening with our transferred cases.

But so far CSC has been the fastest, then TSC, NSC has been the worst.

No data for VSC as this center has just now started receiving transfers.

EDIT: Would you like to be added to the spreadsheet? I don't see you there

yes go ahead. so when I get transferred to lets says..csc...what is the time frame from there to be approved?

I think you went to CSC, that's my hunch!

yes it's MSC139

That means your case is at the National Benefits Center. I wouldn't think there'd be any delays in transferring your case.

This is all I see

On September 11, 2013, we received this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

How do I check what my priority date is? Im sorry I have no idea what the is. from the guides I thought it was just from nbs to nvc. I didn't know there would be another transfer

About VSC, exactly when did they start getting transfers? I can't seem to figure out their trends, nor where the VJ processing time dates are coming from for Vermont, since there are barely any approvals when you look at individual timelines :/ Thanks!

Just last week, when September transfers started. None of the other 'months' were transferred to VSC. (You can find the link to all the spreadsheets in my signature)

So there is no data for this center.. we have to wait and see what happens.

This is USCIS data on VSC (as of Dec 31) dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=4&office=6&charttype=1

This does not include the transfers, as VSC has only just now started receiving them.

When two people are meant for each other, no time is too long, no distance is too far, no one can ever tear them apart.

Ah you're right. There seem to be cases that have directly gone to Vermont since ~May 2013 that haven't been approved though.. So I guess they're working on those? (but I thought they didn't send petitions directly service centres prior to ~Oct 22nd?). I thought I had a pretty good grasp on this process, but VSC is completely throwing me off sad.png

EDIT: Looking through timelines again, it seems like a lot of people haven't touched their timelines in months, which confuses me even more ranting33va.gif

(Btw, sorry about your NSC transfer. I get how difficult that can be, but please stay strong and don't let it damage you! You and your relationship are far more important than anything else. Plus, someday you'll look back and this'll all be a vague memory in the big picture of things smile.png )
