We already reached out to congressman Wolf and ALREADY heard back.

Also talked to Sen. Kaine's office, but they were of no help!!!! said call back when you're past 60 days after transfer. Pffft.

So, is there any pattern to what they are doing or is everything just totally random one wonders!

My transfer date was the 24th. I'm assuming the transfers from Monday went to CSC and the transfers from yesterday went to NSC. I believe that goes along with VNBCI130's prediction! I'm interested to know what other people got in order to see trends.

Congrats! you are lucky lucky person . I am still waiting for a call back. How long was your wait to get a call back?

It took about 45 minutes, which was pretty close to what the automated message said it would be.

To everyone that may possibly be going to Nebraska, keep your head up (easier said than done). Maybe Nebraska is somewhat caught up and the September petitions will be processed at a faster pace. Remember, USCIS is trying to prove they're reaching their 5 month goal so they're likely processing newer petitions faster in an effort to fudge their numbers.

I don't agree with their methodology AT ALL as the folks who filed before us should be processed before we are. I'm sure these words are consoling no one, but we're a strong group and let's do our best to stay positive

I don't think so. It always appears to be random and without logic.

My point is that there hasn't been a single month that went 100% to one center, it's always a mix of all three. Someone going to NSC doesn't mean that you all will, or even that most of you will. Take a look at other months' transfer sheets to see what kind of mix there is: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/470656-monthly-transfer-spreadsheets-in-order/. I would say generally a hard copy will take 5 business days to arrive for petitioners in the US.

I really do not think Nebraska will all of the sudden start actually working. After all these months of being backlogged.

This, of course, would be nice, but let's be realistic here...

60 days at NSC + (as of right now) 5 months at NVC + (USEM in Poland) 2 months until interview.

Maybe I will be done with this process in November. Maybe.

bdrew, you got your first transfer text/email on the 24th, right? And then the second and third on the 25th? Just curious if you experienced the same situation as I did.

Once you get transferred to a Tier 2, you can select the option for them to call you once you reach the top of the queue. That's what I did, as I was not going to sit on the phonw for 45 minutes lol

And yes, transfer on the 24th, 2 e-mails on the 25th

How long does it take to get a hold of a tier 2? I just call and then ask to speak to a tier 2? lol sorry I've never done this.

No worries! What I did was call and say "I'm really cofused, I got a notice my petition was transferred. Then I t 2 more e-mails saying my case was transferred to a local office. Where did my case go?" Then the agent will read what's on the screen, then I said "Does this ean my case went to my LOCAL office in St. Paul (I'm calling from Minneapolis, that's the closest local office)? I've never heard of I-130s going there?" Then the agent will ask if you've received anything in writing, I said "No, I'm worried something's wrong. Can I speak with a Tier 2 or someone that can tell me where my petition actually went?" Boom, transfer call!
