woohoo.... it's my mom's bday! my sister is flying in to surprise her, so I get to spend a weekend w/ my sis, too! stay tuned for possible good news in the next few days or so! :whistle:

Met briefly in Baton Rouge, LA Nov. 2003 - not available :(

Met again in Baton Rouge, LA March 25, 2005 - 2 souls feel as 1

Sept 17-Oct 3, 2005 Noura goes to Morocco to meet family & friends of Said (informally engaged)

Daily phonecalls, discover internet chatting w/ video cam - OMG!!!

March 25-April 14, 2006 Noura's 2nd trip to Morocco - formal engagement w/ family

April 24, 2006- mailed in K1 Visa package - TSC

Oct 5, 2006 - Interview SUCCESS

Oct 12, 2006 - Called to pick up visa tomorrow!

Oct. 16, 2006 VISA IN HAND!

Dec. 24, 2006 - Said arrives in NOLA, just in time for the holidaze!

Dec. 31, 2006 - OUR WEDDING!!! Ringing in a New Year as husband & wife!

Jan 8, 2007 - applied for SSN

Jan 15, 2007 - recieved SSN

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved

Yay, Noura! I hope you get it all ironed out soon.

I'm ready for the weekend, too. I have been having nightmares the past couple of nights, so I haven't been sleeping well. Amed thinks it's because we've been eating so late at night. Their superstition is that when you go to bed with a semi-full stomach, it causes nightmares. I've never heard that one before, but I do hate eating so late, so I am going to try to fix dinner earlier tonight.

Has anyone heard anything from Jean? I am anxious to hear if she's had any news on Mohammed's visa.

Happy Thursday :dance: I have the day off and I'm all curled up on the couch under a blanket.

Noura, thats good news!

That little black bar reminds me of two things.....Glamour magazine, the Do's and Dont's of fashion....and also used over butt cracks and full frontal nudity.

Removed Conditions-September 2008

Divorced in December 2013

This week I had two options: Finish all my work or quit my job so I woul dnot have to show up again. I managed last night to finish everything so today I am going into work . Of course I missed all the news on VJ :whistle:

Noura: I'm staying tuned in! Woo-hoo Can;t wait to hear the good news.

I think we are all enjoying this spoiler tool way too much

Its snowing like crazy here. I can't even see the bridge over the river... and its right next to the window.

Funny story: I've got a pretty nasty headcold and am driving to work on the freeway at 6 am all stoned on cold meds and my head feels more like I borrowed it from someone else. I'm doing 75 in a 65 because here if you don't you become an involuntary speed bump. A HUGE SUV roars up behind me, headlights blazing into the rear view mirror and I'm completely blinded. This is a very very big pet peeve of mine. I don't think SUV drivers realize that the position of their headlights with respect to a lower riding car infront of them aims straight into the mirror. Anyway... I flick the mirror dimmer, grumbling. I'm blinking and see nothing but spots and his lights are still in my side mirrors and he's so close to my bumper its pathetic. Well, I was annoyed. Really annoyed. So he begins to pull around me finally and I extend my middle finger. IT WAS A COP. I am stupid. The End.
