hi guys, hope you good well got RFE and i sent what was needed but they haven't updated our case on line yet when i track it shows it was delivered... how long do they take to update a case after they receive the required documentation?

The online case status is hit or miss. Ours still shows Initial Review for the K-1 and she's had her GV for four years now !!!

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

So the online status is really a waste of time?

sometimes.. unreliable information.. yes

basically the online status works for some but not for others.. totally antiquated computer systems

2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name
Case status not available
2/5/2013 Unable to generate service request

3/13/2013 transferred to local office

4/12/2013 Infopass, file in workflow March 28
4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!
