We are getting ready for the Visa Interview/CFO and had some questions about the forms:

1. DS-156--do we attach the Visa photo and if so, how?

2. Forms with 2 or more pages--do we staple them?

3. I-134--do we staple the ITR and other financial documents to it?

4. CENOMAR--how long is it good for? Ours is about 8 months old.

Thanks

1. No need to attach the photo. I saw mine during my interview that they are the one who attach it

2. DO NOT staple any documents. I use paper clip on mine

3. I did not staple my I-134 to any supporting documents. I just arrange my aos papers all together in one folder.

4. I think CENOMAR is good for 6months, not sure someone correct me if im wrong. But better to give them the LATEST NSO DOCUMENTS like CENOMAR BC. NBI clearance should be updated too.

1. Do not attached ur picture on the form, just bring it on ur interview in case they asked for additional pictures. During my interview i was not asked since i have already given pictures during my medical, i think they use that.

2. I did staple mine and had no problem... You can staple it or just put paperclips so it wont mixed up.

3. I didn't staple the supporting documents to i-134, supporting docs will be asked from you separately so dont staple it together with the form.

4. Cenomar is good for 6 months but they always prefer a new one... So I advice u get a new one, aside from the fact that urs is already expired.
