I have an unusual question. I hope someone knows the answer. Our 129F got approved and we are now working on my fiance's packet 3 info that he needs to get. No issues there EXCEPT....I am disabled and cannot afford to support my fiance once he moves here so he won't become a "public nuisance" which is fine because his mom and step dad are going to support him since his mom moved out here years ago and is now an American Citizen. Since they are sponsoring him and filling out the I-134, does that mean I don't have to fill it out? Or am I still required to fill it out to show that I cannot support him? I can't seem to find this answer anywhere. I just want to make sure that the embassy only needs his mom and step dad's form and not mine even though I am the one who petitioned for him. Thanks.

ok but how do you fill it out if you have no income? I am on disability therefore I don't have to claim it or file taxes. Do I need to submit the papers saying I am disabled and what they pay me? I haven't had to do taxes since 2009 due to the accident that caused it. He is coming to America from Australia if that somehow helps. I just need to know where to look this up. I've looked all over the internet and even though people do use co-sponsors, most of them already have some income of their own. If I call USCIS, will they help me fill it out?
