I-134

Number 3. I assume this is okay an correct? I-134

This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person:

My Fiance's name goes there and his information but where it says "relationship to sponsor" - can my brother put "future brother in law" would this be correct and of course I would put "Fiancee" on my form.

And since my brother's income doubles the poverty guideline I assume it is not necessary to add life insurance which they use as savings or property or savings acount amount.

7. Would I the U.S. Citizen Fiancee put my annual income with my new job (on what it will be after this year) but I haven't filed this years taxes yet of course to show or should I use the amount earned last year and just show proof of my current job & income? Where it ask for and annual income...

Number 10. Would this be my Fiance's name? Or this is asking in addition to him have I applied for someone else?

I have submitted a visa petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person:

Number 11. Check one I intent or do not intent to make specific contributions to the support of the person listed in item 3:

I'm confused I'm not sure if I the U.S. Fiancee should put what I intend to contribute or not since I am using my bro as a co-sponsor.

I've stated I am now working and have full time job and can contribute to his expenses my brother would be providing anything extra or additional help if needed just not sure how my brother and I would word that in our forms.

Can you please advise. I will be filling out these today & mailing them out on Tuesday.

Thank you,

My Fiance's name goes there and his information but where it says "relationship to sponsor" - can my brother put "future brother in law" would this be correct and of course I would put "Fiancee" on my form. <--Yes, or just put 'brother's fiancee'.

And since my brother's income doubles the poverty guideline I assume it is not necessary to add life insurance which they use as savings or property or savings acount amount. <--Correct. No need to list any assets if the income is sufficient.

7. Would I the U.S. Citizen Fiancee put my annual income with my new job (on what it will be after this year) but I haven't filed this years taxes yet of course to show or should I use the amount earned last year and just show proof of my current job & income? Where it ask for and annual income... <-- As you were already told in your other thread, http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/450198-please-help-with-some-on-the-i-134-form-trying-finish-this-weekend/, you list CURRENT income, not what you made last year. Letter from employer and recent pay stubs prove the current income.

Number 10. Would this be my Fiance's name? Or this is asking in addition to him have I applied for someone else?

I have submitted a visa petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person: <-- List the current filing of the I-129F petition. See the example form> http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Number 11. Check one I intent or do not intent to make specific contributions to the support of the person listed in item 3:

I've stated I am now working and have full time job and can contribute to his expenses my brother would be providing anything extra or additional help if needed just not sure how my brother and I would word that in our forms. <-- Following the example form and checking neither box and putting 'N/A (K1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)' should work just fine.

Can you please advise. I will be filling out these today & mailing them out on Tuesday.

Thank you,

At the interview re: I-134 the officer evaluated my current job paystubs and a letter from employer with my current salary. I recently finished school and only had 4 months of work on my last tax year.

I also submitted a bank letter, etc as required per the I-134 guidelines...

I thought about a co-sponsor, but felt as if my current salary documentation would prove my income sufficiently, and i was correct.

Thanks for answering even though you showed your current salary/employment letter and pay stubs (how many did you provide?) I just started working in July 2013 so I only have 4.

Did you even provide last year's taxes or w-2's? or you didn't provide that since you felt that your current salary would work.

I was going to list my income from my 2012 taxes and show my stubs and employment letter so they can evaluate my current salary too.

Guessing this is what you did as well.

Now I have a problem with getting a bank letter because I closed my old account when I lost my previous job in Feb 2013 and I traveled to London after that. I wasn't sure how long I would stay; I have those bank statements for that time Feb 2013, from that bank that I closed it shows over 3,000$ in savings and I have proof that I traveled to London from Feb 2013-April 2013. I was 3 months without a job when I got back April May June 2013 and I just started working in July.

Would it be pointless to show my previous jobs pay stubs along with my current job stubs and salary?

I just opening my new bank account with another other bank and will get direct deposit on my next check and will add some cash I have saved but I don't think the bank will do a letter for me since I'm a new member "not sure" it won't show much just the direct deposit and maybe couple hundred in savings. Will this be okay to show, the ones from Feb 2013 which I still have some of that cash saved at home until I put it in new account and the statements from the new bank if I don't get the letter? 0_o

I provided 4 paystubs, but i also had my current employer write a letter stating my employment and since i'm a salaried employee, my salary was included in the letter. The officer did see this form apparently, and accepted it.

I actually had my bank write a formal statement about my current balance in my main checking account, and the duration of the account, however it was never shown at the interview. Same with my latest tax returns, turned it in with only a few months income, but it seems that the paystubs/salary letter was plenty.
