I still cant believe it. I got approved on Feb. 28th and today I already got Pack 3 from Frankfurt. I expected to wait at least 3 weeks to get mail from the embassy in Frankfurt but they beat all records I think.... or they wanted to make up for the long time waiting on my NOA 2. :dance:

I am still so excited and kind of nervous.

But I do have a question about the checklist. We put in all proof of an ongoing relationship, the translated divorce decree, international birth certificate,.... with the petition. Is is now necessary to have them with me when I am going to the interview ?

Well, and the affidavit of support... do I have to send the from to my finance ?

And is my fiance's LES enough for the evidence that he can "support" me ?

03/04/2006: Got pack 3 from Frankfurt..... thats fast

03/23/2006: Received Pack 4

04/03/2006: Interview at Frankfurt

Congrats.....you are almost there :thumbs:

You will need to have on hand for the interview a complete copy of the package from service center, NOA2, any and all correspondence, RFE's etc, any original certified copies of anything submitted as photocopies. Further evidence of a bonafide relationship ie photos, correspondence etc since the initial petition was submitted. If you have congratulatory cards or letters re your engagement from family etc these can also come in handy. A new 'letter of intent'. This is were you show you have a genuine relationship so make sure you have the evidence on hand.

The I-134 whilst it is not a requirement for K visas it is used by most embassies, but.......it is not the only thing a conof will look at when ascertaining if an applicant will become a public charge or not.
