Question 29 and 30. I vist US more than one time.

question 29. First of all, they ask When (most present), dd/mm/yr, how long,

then there is additional space let you write "additional visit the USA"? I write my additional visiting into space of "additional visit the USA" . Then Click :"continue", the additional part will show on the third page, which on the Barcode Number page. I don't know if I am right?

What should I do if there is no enoght space? Should I attach extra page?

Yes, just put "See Attached" and make an addendum. Make sure you put your identifying info in the header of the addendum.

So you are filling out the form online - I looked at it, and if you have many visits I would put in "See Attached." On the form it generates, on page 1 it puts (see page 3) for additional visits - and when they look at page 3, they will see you note to "see attached." I don't see how else you can do it, unless someone else has experience with this :)

Should I fill the last time I visit the USA (MOST RECENT), then fill the additional visit

I wouldn't personally, just for clarity's sake, but I don't know if there's a right or wrong answer.

Yes, most recent means the last trip.

So to clarify - I would put in the date of your most recent (last) trip, and then for additional visits, put "see attached".

My & My Fiance had a discussion about this one, cause I am about 5 hrs from the boarder and used to go to the US frequently as a child to shop, camp, and generally have a great time. We didn't include all those trips as I am the ripe old age of 30 now. I just included the most recent ones, (probably about the past 6 times), of course the ones that dealt with me visiting my fiance, and a few years before that. I'm sure they can't mean EVERY trip EVER.. for some of us who live close to the boarder it would be pages and pages of Addenda. Thoughts?

I put: "Numerous visits from childhood to present, none exceeding 6 months. (Includes day trips, holidays, scientific meetings, trips to the post office, shopping, visits to friends, relatives.)". That's it.

Yes, most recent means the last trip.

So to clarify - I would put in the date of your most recent (last) trip, and then for additional visits, put "see attached".

Thanks, I will take your advice. itme #29

When (most recent) dd/mm/yyy 06/10/06 (i fill out my last visit date)

How long 15days (i fill out my last visit days)

Enter additional visits here: see attached sheet or fill out additional many visits

Then click "continue", We will see on the first page item #29 will be showed last vist date (06/10/06)and days (15days). On the third page (name aned barcode page) will be showed "itme 29 Additional many vists"

Something occured to me while reading through this thread............

The form of issue is the DS-156 which is filed electronically and all the info you put into the form is put into the barcode. If you include additional trips as an additional page rather than input it into the form , it wouldnt put included in the barcode info. Could that possibly be why the changes and the addition of the option "additional visit the USA" were made? In the past the form wasnt required to be filed online so adding the extra page didnt affect it.

thoughts?

I agree with you. I might put my last vist into WHEN (MOST RECENT) and How longwhich it will show on the first page, then put additional visits into space "Enter additional vistis here" then it will show on the third page which is barcode page.

I guess if they will fit that's great... I really like Girl37's idea though!! I'm not sure I could let loose with myself enough to do that though :) It would make me nervous!
