this is the part all of you guys know I have to keep y'all updated I got my case number today so plz what is the next step now

Our K-1 Visa process

July,3 2013 -- Sent I-129F

July 18, 2013 -- Notice of Receipt (NOA1)

August,5 2013 -- I-129F Petition Approved (NOA2)

August,16 2013--Case Received by NVC

3/8/2013 -I-129f sent

3/15/2013- NOA1 received

7/12/2013 - RFE text notifications

7/15/2013 - RFE hard copy received

7/19/2013 - RFE sent

7/24/2013 - RFE received by USCIS

7/31/2013 - NOA2 approved

8/5/2013 - NOA2 hard copy received

8/16/2013 - NVC received

8-21-2013 - case number received

8-23-2013 - sent to the embassy

8-27-2013 - Embassy received

9-28-2013 - Packet 3 received in the state by petitioner(my husband now)

10-7-2013 - medical exam done

10-23-2013 - packet 3 sent out

10-29-2013 - packet 4 received

11-21-2013 - interview date(approved)

1-23-2014 - passport received

1-24-2014 - fl LAuderdale intl airport

3-14-2014 - Married

6-17-2014 - AOS / EAD sent out

7-21-2014 - Biometrics appointment

9-4-2014 - EAD approved

9-8-2014 - EAD card received in mail yeahhhhhh / received mail with second biometrics appointment

9-12-2014 - Biometrics done for the 2nd time

9-28-2014 - Interview waiver letter received in mail

4-24-2015 - email received ( residence card in production ) yayyyyy thanks God!!!!!

You should email the embassy to have the Packet 3 emailed to you. Once you get the packet you move to the next step....pay the fee----medical and on to packet 4....

5/16/11 recieved NOA-1-----8/06/13
5/18/11 date on NOA-1------8/02/13
5/20/11 Touched --------------10/16/13--Alien # changed???
7/15/11 Received blue notice/RFE evidenvce of meeting with in two years...
7/20/11 Received email notification from USCIS.
7/20/11 Received text message from USCIS.
7/20/11 Touched
8/02/11 Mailed RFE with evidence required to Vermont
8/04/11 Confirmation from USPS RFE package delivered to Vermont @ 1:30pm
8/05/11 USCIS updated by text and email RFE package received.
8/05/11 Touched
8/18/11 Approved date
8/19/11 EMAIL and TEXT NOTIFICATION APPROVED
8/22/11 official hard copy received
9/08/11 NVC has received our petition
9/19/11 Embassy in Haiti recieves petition
9/20/11 Packet 3 emailed to Petitioner/Beneficiary
10/03/11 Fiance has completed Medical
10/08/11 Fiance picks up Medical results
10/10/11 Packet 3 Completed and sent
10/20/11 packet 4 pick-up and interview date given
10/31/11 Interview day on Halloween
10/31/11 Admin Processing
1/19/12 AP completed Visa Denied
