confused !..pls fellow pinoy just recent had der medical and interview..

i jsut payed my visa ,im confused now coz when i tried to set an appointment fro interview it says der that wait for mail from NVC .since we jsut got our MNL case number through phone call what should i do ...?do i really need to wait for that letter?some says as long as u hav MNL ur fine but now im really confused pls help...

In my case we never got a letter from NVC, when my fiance called the NVC to ask for the letter they said there is no letter then thw guy gave us our case number. Then I emailed embassy, cause that time I need a request authority to get a police clearance from other country, I just gave them my MNL case number and the didnt ask any letter from the NVC. I had the medical and appointment without it. But of course it's a case to case basis, try to email the embassy and ask

11-30-2012 : NOA1

04-09-2013 : NOA2

05-24-2013 : Case sent from NVC to USEM

06-10-2013 : Medical

07-30-2013 : Interview

: Put to AP for one missing doc

07-30-2013 : CEAC status Administrative Processing

08-01-2013 : Doc submitted to the USEM

08-02-2013 : Doc received

08-12-2013 : Case referred to the CO

08-13-2013 : CEAC status READY ( Appointment info )

08-14-2013 : CEAC status READY ( Case is open )

08-15-2013 : CEAC status AP

08-16-2013 : CEAC Status ISSUED ( Heck, yeah! )

08-24-2013 : Visa packet received

09-04-2013 : Hello, America!

Hi, did you try to make an appointment over the phone? or Online? As far as my experience went, I made my appointment online using the acknowledgement receipt from BPI and have indicated my manila case number without the NVC letter yet. Just to ease my mind, I have also called the USEM by phone to reconfirm my sked and they did confirmed it.

Somehow after a couple of days, I have received the letter from USEM Manila via Air21 courier delivered to my place.
