If you have not lived outside Philippines over 6 months, u don't need Police Clearance

I-130 Submitted ---- 09/16/2011

NOA 1 ---- 09/21/2011

I-130 Approved ------ 04/30/2013

NVC Case Number -- 05/14/2013

Medical Exam ------ 05/28/2013

Case Complete ------- 08/06/2013

Interview -------- 09/09/2013

Visa Arrived ---------- 10/17/2013

For Travel Abroad is what is stated for the NBI in the embassy instructions letter, so that is exactly what is needed.

You really need to slow down and read the embassy INSTRUCTIONS LETTER, then read it again. Then print a copy and use it as a check list.

Police clearance is only needed if you lived in a FOREIGN country for 6 months or more, from the age of 16 or older.

NO. You want as stated in the embassy instructions letter - For Travel Abroad , it will be the green form.

Slow down, take the time to read the Instructions Letter from the embassy http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3224.html
