hello just follow the guides here http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide check the number 5, that letter is all you need , no address no worries the most important thing is that the letter has your original signaturegoofy.gif

The example letter of intent is fine. You don't need to make it fancy or be creative with it. It does not need to be notarized. They just want the simple statement of intent signed by you. Be sure they are original signatures and not copies.The following are examples you can use for each of your letters. The addresses on the example form here on VJ are just a formality and not required in the letters.

I, (USC petitioner’s name), do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (foreign fiance(e)’s name), and intend to so within 90 days of (his/her) entrance into the US by way of a K-1 visa.
