RFE response was received 3 days ago. Approved yesterday, 4/11 (NOA2).

RFE was my PA birth certificate was not "long form". I used it to obtain my passport before 2011 when the law was passed requiring long-form to prove citizenship. I used it this time and my long form was required.

Good thing I still had it somewhere. Requesting it can be a time waster.

Anyway, on to NVC. We have an attorney so I guess any small amount of time savings can be found here, hopefully.

I received case number today (finally !! ). I have been calling disparately 2-3 times a day. Finally, I got lucky.. I-130 was approved on Feb 20th. NVC received through a snail /camel on March 12th. NVC just scanned and gave the Case Number today (04-11-2014).

Can someone post me the link for March forum, I believe, that's where everyone is tracking after I-130 approvals. I appreciate this forum and help given by everyone.

Same PD 2 nd august transferred same date 28th jan to texas ........and nuthing.

I think there are 3 of us like that. Maybe our files fell off the side of someones desk ..... they need to wake up and work fast. We are going to ask the lawyer to put in a service request this week.

I got my transfer a little later than ya'll, around mid-feb. Also TSC and not a peep!

Hello. I've been a silent reader of these forums for the past few weeks. I had no idea that something like this existed where people like me share their journey through this everlasting process.


Here's some of my case info:


I mailed my I-130 on August 7th 2013.


My priority date is August 8th.


Transferred to CSC on of February 5th.


Received an RFE and finally got approved on March 10th.



I'm waiting desperately but no response yet. I think it's much harder for me because I just delivered my baby last week and my husband is not here yet :(



I emailed NVC but no reply either. I tried calling their 603-334-0700 number but it doesn't seem to be working. What number is everyone calling to contact NVC??? Please help!!!!

I'm on the same boat PD: Aug 1, transferred to CSC: Jan 22, 2014, ARN Change message: Jan 28th, Service Request March 13, still no update. I'm not sure whats going on? What will be the next step after this?

That's the right number..

Keep calling them different times during a day.
