I haven't gotten a transfer email or text yet, but the website shows my status as this:

The I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.

However, I don't know really remember exactly what it said before. Does this mean I have had a transfer already, or is this just the generic text? Thanks!

Please call USCIS and find out where you get transferred.

I may have been transferred on the 10th, but if I was, I wasn't aware of it, haha. I'm not sure where that date would have come from. I don't know if anyone else would have been able to check my case, but I don't think so.

Like I said, I never got an email, and I'm not sure how many days the website has been changed. I try to not check it too often to get it off my mind.

Either way, you are the bearer of very good news for me, Deep! Thanks

Just got text from USCIS about an update in my case status at 4:30pm and after checking website I indeed got transfered. I checked 2 hours ago and nothing so definitely transfers are coming in right now. So yeah I was expecting it at like 7pm, but no complains.

I do remember checking similar case status as mine and some numbers smaller than mine were Sept filers from like 1 and 2 so that probably explains why some September filers got transfered at same time as me and before. It's definitely going by case number batches hence why sometimes people are skipped for a day or two. So far from previous case I saw transfered a few hours ago until mine it was about 2000 numbers, but that means nothing since tons of those numbers are not I-130s.

Congrats to all approved and I'll post back when I get my letter and find out where I'm transfered to. (hopefully CSC)

PS: Still haven't received email. So I guess text is faster than email.

Always double check your documents and forms. Not only do you get delayed by RFEs and Checklists, but the time it takes for them to review the new items you send could be used to approve more applications. Save yourself and others valuable time!

Current Status: NVC:
-Assigned and Received NVC Case Number, IIN, and BIN April 18, 2014. (100% sure case # was assigned today because I called twice and it wasn't assigned in the morning when they opened but in the afternoon it was)
*Could not provide email then as case was still being updated in their system
-On April 21, 2014 I was able to provide my email and beneficiary's.
-On April 28 I was able to fill out DS-261
-On April 29 I received and paid AOS Fee (at 1pm)
-On May 1 I received and paid IV Fee (at 1pm [became available]), also AOS Fee shows as PAID
-On May 5 IV Fee shows as PAID and DS-260 became available and was completed. Also, AOS Package Scanned by NVC

-On May 7 IV Package Scanned by NVC

-On May 28 AOS Accepted

-On June 2 IV Accepted/Case Complete

-On June 11 Interview Email Received

-On July 3 Interview at Moscow

Note: Medical Exam scheduled after interview letter received by calling the specific clinic, earliest appointment was 2 weeks ahead)

-Visa approved, came to us, got greencard, sadly things didnt go well and divorced. Last I hears she was still in the US and got a full greencard (I notified USCIS of divorce though)
