It seems that they are finally taking some actions. As of 10/21 they began transferring I-130 files from NBC to other service centers because of the workload.

Hopefully we can see some approvals soon!

I haven't posted on here for a while. Got back from the States about a week and a half ago, I was there for almost 4 weeks visiting my husband. I have been on VJ reading forum after forum, trying to get a glimpse of some sort of timeline. But alas..nothing.

My patience is waining thin.

I know other members will crucify me for saying this, but isn't the wait that gets to me, but the uncertainty. Give me an approximate timeline to work with for the love of god! Is it 3 months, 6..9.. a year?!

Sorry..needed to vent!

Hi B&G I agree with you 100% if I knew I had to wait 6,8,10 months or whatever I would just stop stressing out so much, I would have known it since the beginning and just sit and wait for that day. I could start planning the moving, I could organize my work better and spend more quality time with family and friends, also plan better when to see my husband. Instead I drive myself crazy trying to find out some sort of timeline.that I can't have!

It's hard on all of us and there is nothing we can really do about it. :(

You took the words out of my mouth! That is exactly what I want too! And the other thing that gets to me is the question that I always get from family and friends..

So.. When are you leaving??

Having to reply I don't know..makes me feel so helpless! My life in someone else's hands that doesn't know me and to be completely honest.. couldn't give a flying fart about me or my state of mind! girlwerewolf2xn.gif

Unfortunately they don't get it..and not being able to speak with someone that KNOWS what it's like helps a little..that is one of the best things about vj, people get you.
