Hello All,

I received this today.

I live in Texas. Does this mean my case has been transferred to TSC?

On August 6, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Please keep in mind that some dates are only known after receipt of another document.
For example, the USPS Form 3811. The stamped receiving date was not know until the original Form 3811 was received on 07/13/2013 1:30 p/m CST.

Hello there! If this was your first e-mail for the transfer, let me tell you that you will get three in total. A couple days later you will receive a letter from Vermont telling you you were transferred, probably to TSC for further processing.

After that your approval should be within the next couple of weeks, but after your NOA2 then they take so long to transfer the file to VSC again and then VSC, as your original filling office, should forward the file to the corresponding embassy.

I thought that after NOA2 (approval) at TSC things would go much faster but they are taking so long!!!
