On question number 10. I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state "None".

Should I put my fiance name on it? I'm confused because I'm thinking like previous submission or something. I already filled this out and I put NONE and already send this to my fiance. If I should put his name, Can he just erase it and hand write so we can put the right answer. I need help please.

I put none for # 10. My thinking was that my fiancée was listed back at #3.

We were approved... obviously. ;)

( I think if you listed your fiancée's name for #10 that would not matter either, being she is listed earlier as who this affidavit is for. )

I panic because I just sent the form today to Philippines and I just saw example for this form. I'm just worried, but if you thinks it is going to be okay they I'll probably just leave it like that, instead of messing up the form. Thank you.
