Received Appointment Date in less than 1 business day!!!!!!

I'm astonished!

We emailed our DS230 (part 1) to KingstonIVAppointment@state.gov on Friday evening, well after 5:30pm Jamaican time. We received our packet 4 via email by 2pm Monday. I was not expecting that, at all. Ecstatic!!!! Interview in one month!

Send in that DS230 ASAP to ensure you're getting scheduled asap. God speed to everyone on their visa journey. I also sent the DHL confirmation screenshot to the same email address.

Congrats!!! Did they say anything about the DHL screenshot? I am wondering if I need to do the same thing to as I dont want anything holding up the process.

We accidentally sent our DS230 to KingstonIV@state.gov and this is the automated message we received :

Thank you for contacting the Immigrant Visa (IV) Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. You will receive a response within 5 working days. Please do not resend your inquiry.

· For general information about the immigrant visa process and questions about specific cases, please write to KingstonIV@state.gov <mailto:KingstonIV@state.gov> .

· To make a follow up appointment to drop off documents, please register at the CSC Visa Information Services at http://jamaica.usvisa-info.com <http://jamaica.usvisa-info.com> and follow the relevant instructions regarding the scheduling of an IV 221g follow up appointment.

· To make a petitioner interview or beneficiary interview appointment, please send an email to KingstonIVAppointment@state.gov <mailto:KingstonIVAppointment@ state.gov> .

· If you have not yet paid DHL for the delivery of your visa, please register for DHL delivery service via the CSC Visa Information Services website listed above. Please note that you must register using this method to ensure timely delivery of your visa. You should also send a copy of your DHL confirmation to KingstonIVAppointment@state.gov <mailto:KingstonIVAppointment@ state.gov> .

· Effective March 18, 2013 all Fiancé/Fiancée Visa (K1) applicants are required to pay their visa fees at the U.S. Embassy on the day of their interviews. Fees that were previously paid at the National Commercial Bank (NCB) will be honored up to one year from the date of payment.

Yes - I definitely missed that bullet in the response I got back from them. Just sent it over!!! I don't want anything holding up our progress. Thanks for the response.
