My fiance got a call july6 from an adjucator saying she just approved the petition.

So we are waiting for the NOA2 on the mail until now.

I have received an email stating:

On July 24, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing.

But we don't have NOA2 on the mail yet. Are they sending our case first to the NVS before sending the NOA2 to us?

It's been 2 weeks now and we are checking the mail everyday.. :)

Me and my fiance are frustrated because it's been almost 7 months now but we do not have the NOA2 yet! (the letter on the mail)

We are just frustrated.. Is this really the case? Thank you very much.

I also updated my timeline for the NOA2 but am not sure if that is the approval date. I just wrote it there when i get the notification to my email Jul24..

It's time to roll...

If you want to speed things up, start calling the National Visa Center every day until they give you your MNL case number.

Once you have your MNL case number, you should pay the visa application fee at BPI and then, the next day, you should schedule her Embassy interview appointment.

After scheduling her interview appointment, she should complete her medical and complete the CFO seminar.

***moved to progress reports from process and procedures***

That is approval of your petition. It will go to the NVC and you can get your case number from them. The NOA2 will arrive in the mail at some point.

To be brief, Patience is required now. From what I have read from your timeline, you are good to go. Remember, patience...

Best of luck!

Give them some time for the NOA2 to arrive, you really don't need it at all right now. Won't need it until AOS time.

Next you will want to contact NVC to get your MNL # - then its rock 'n' roll time!!

Next, pay the visa application fee at BPI. Then, the next day, schedule an interview appointment either online or through the call center.
