Status changed today to 'ready'

Could someone give Le link me a detailed guide on after status says ready, and who/what number to call to set it up. Also I won't be providing W2 or taxes because I was schooling in 2012 so ill provide a letter showing my dads willingness to co-sponsor if needed, but my current income is 20k a year so I'm fine.. Thank u

I would write a letter explaining you were in school last year - so no tax return. You income seems fine for two people. For the I-134 have employer letter and pay stubs also.
