marry with American citizen or with the Egyptian citizen?

My wife is holding American citizen and Egyptian citizen... holding both of them

When she comes to Egypt for wedding

She married me with the Egyptian citizen

And we sent i130 form for cr1 case in April 2013

And she gets noa1

And nothing happened till now

The question is :

Must she marry me with the American citizen ?

Means... the marriage with the Egyptian citizen was wrong ???

And must marry with the us citizen

She is both... So how you can you marry one without marrying the other? She sent proof of her US citizenship with the I-130 correct?

Her photocopy of her passport

So if your wife sent proof of her US Citizenship with the I-130 petition, then that should be enough.
