Hello everyone, would it be a problem if beneficiary don't have money in saving account/bank statement at the time of K-1 official interview with the consular? Does beneficiary needs to present a job letter from employer? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Nope but the petetioner needs to show enough income and will have to fill out I-134 support document.

No, the beneficiary's income does not matter unless the job will continue in the US. The petitioner is the one who completes the I-134 and states their income and backs that income statement up with a letter from their employer or tax transcripts or pay stubs. The petitioner must make above the poverty guidelines for the I-134, but some Embassies/Consulates require 125% and all documentation needed for the I-864 Affadavit of Support filed during the adjustment of status (AOS) phase after getting married in the US. Check the requirement of your Embassy/Consulate to be 100% clear on what they want from the petitioner to show financial support in order for the beneficiary to be granted a visa.

Good luck,

Dave

Ok so if petitioner is one in the household and plus fiance its 2 total the required income form USCIS is around 20.000 for 2 and petitioner makes 33.000 and has letter from employers that has been at both jobs for more than 5 years and both are full time . And also will send in with I-134 i will send in taxes for last two years

Will this be enough ???

The petitioner should file I134 and attache copies of tx return, of almost last 3 years to be sure.this is one of the option that I think is easy, since everyone in the US file taxes.

They make well over the requirement and are providing a letters from their employers and the last 2 years of tax returns, I cannot see why that would not be enough unless your consulate instructions specifically ask for something more.
