Hey folks,

So I'm working on the I-134 form right now and vj asks for a few things to be attached to the form as evidence like 3 recent pay stubs as well as a letter from the employer.

The thing is my fiancé is in the us military. Do y'all think he will still have to provide all those things? He was saying I should just attach the "LES", which basically is a pay stub plus some more info. Do you think that might be enough or should we still include banking statements and a letter from the employer (not sure if they would issue one)

Thank you all for your help!!!

Use a tax transcript as proof of income level as well as tax status. Get that from the IRS free on line by requesting it. They will mail or fax it to him.

The LES is good as it's proof of his current and ongoing income. :) He could also as, his CO to write him an employment letter if necessary. A tax transcript as well should be included I believe.
