I tried to make an appointment for manila embassy just now but it's giving me "There are currently no appointments available. Anyone here experience this? what did you do to correct the issue?

You need to wait and keep checking the appointment website until appointments are available. That's what I did.

yess!!!! La vida loca!!!! wohoo.... I am not really sure how many times you can re schedule the interview without having to pay the fee again.... I still have not decided if I am going... most likely not because the immigrant visas are processed at another consulate far away from the capital... ugh! but we still trying to decide on the wedding date .....

Your fiancé will have his interview at Ciudad Juarez, correct? It might help if you go with your fiancé to the interview...

spots will eventually pop up. like the previous poster said, just keep checking the site and grab the first interview opening you see

Yes, I know.... I hope I can make it but Juarez does not let the USC in.... ugh :(

I am confused about putting receipt number. I put the receipt number on the visa fee or am I supposse to put my fiancee passport number on that receipt number? Thank you to respondent btw

US Citizenship: Application sent Nov 2017; Fingerprints Nov 2017; Civics/English exam March 2018; Oath May 2018.

I just checked and I don't see any available slots. What you saw must've already been taken. If you exceeded viewing you have to wait it out. Receipt number is the number on your BPI deposit slip (the one you printed out)

Upon further investigation I found out that the case actually arrived at the NVC on 26 Dec and is still AT NVC. The lady said it should be out of there in a few days. I wonder, do they assign the interview date or does that happen after it gets to Santo Domingo?
