to my fiance the petitioner,,am i forgetting something??

if yes.. what else?

You don't need to send your BC because they only ask for the BC of the petitioner.

You'll need your BC for the interview.

Other than that, you're ready to send them off to your fiancé.

What about the fee?

I would think the USC petitioner will be taking care of the fee so the foreign fiance(e) would not need to mail the USC the I-129F form fee.
