Hi everyone! I received an RFE notice last Friday (email, text). Any idea how long it takes to receive the hard copy? If I were to call will they know what exactly it is for?

Unfortunately, they won't tell you what RFE is about.

So you have to wait for a hard copy.

We waited for 11 days for it to arrive.

Of course it totally depends on when it actually mailed out. If you call you will be told they cant tell you anything. You must wait until you have the hard copy, respond to that and mail the notice back with the evidence they ask for.

I might be the the exception but mine never came. It's been 22 days. We filled a service request a week ago and still nothing. Not to let you down, but be prepared for this possibility.
