I received notification that the visa application documents have been received (copy of passport, birth & marriage certificate, police clearance, affidavit of support). In this email, there is a link for instructions on the documents required to bring at the interview. All of these documents are the ones I had already sent. Does this mean I have to gather these documents again or will they have the ones I sent there at the interview?

They will be at the interview.

It would be a good idea to have a copy of all the documents you have already sent in to take with you for the interview. My gal was asked to show her copies of a few documents that had already been sent in. Just do you best to be prepared for the "unexpected." Best of luck!
