Based on your timeline I don't think you have an interview date yet (you are about 2 weeks behind me). I think you can expect an interview in about March maybe.

consivmanila@ state.gov

http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwhnv10.html

I have found sometimes they respond within a few hours and other times never :clock:

To make it quicker they like this information included in the email:

Full name of the applicant(s) as written on the passport (Please use applicant’s name as the subject.)

Date and place of birth of the applicant(s)

Date and classification of visa application

Succinct summary of case

Relationship of the writer to the applicant

Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative, for attorneys or case representatives

Like I said before your timeline is similar to our so you are looking at Feb at the earliest, probably Mar... you have time. The email is Consivmanila@state.gov, Good luck, Ken & Maria

No Fel, don't worry that's just a standard answer they give everybody so they stop calling them. Based on your case number and what I've seen so far I think you can expect an interview in mid-March.
