Hello All,

Very early this morning at 5 AM, We submitted both the AOS Package (via email) and then within 2-3 minutes we sent out another email with the IV Package for the DS260 (again via email).

Now, at 5 PM today only, we recieved a checklist from NVC saying that please submit the civil documents for the principal applicant for supporting the DS260.

What to do ? Do i need to respond to Checklist, I'm assumign they only checked my first email and did not react or read the second email.

Any advises ?

This is what we call a false checklist. In your case, they reviewed (and likely approved) your DS-260. Without checking if you've sent in the requested package, they typically send out this checklist. Nothing to worry about, no need to re-send anything. Call up NVC to confirm they reviewed (and accepted) your DS-260.

I called up NVC and asked about this, The representative mentioned that this checklist is sent as they were waiting for me to submit the Civil documents and it just happened by co-incidence that it was sent out the same day i sent out my IV Package. They mentioned no action item on me as of right now. I asked them if they recieved my IV Package and the lady said, she does not have access to look into that.

I will call in a couple of days to check if they received my AOS and IV Package

Sometimes the call center can't see if the reviewers have gotten the emails until after they're reviewed.
