s- p true love,

Thanks! What do you mean by having my petition come there?. I will most definitely go to Algeria if there is a second interview for my fiance. Not sure this is allowed?. Tell me about your friend's experience? How long in AP, if any please? My petition is at the Algiers Consulate. We are just waiting on either an email or call.. prayinginnocent.gif

They do not tell you why you are in AP, just that you are. I had asked the embassy about going in to talk with them after my husband's interview and they told me no. So I would make sure you can get in before just showing up as it is a costly visit to possibly leave empty handed. Since you are a few weeks past your 10 day window I think it is safe to try and email and call again, as well as have your Senator poke again.

I am sorry to hear that too but I know someone who overstayed in the US for more then a year and went back to Algeria. He got married and got his spouse visa under cr1 . He was u der AP but it worked and now he is in the US with his USC wife.

I do not know about your fiancé but did he ever go to the US before ?
