Looks like you are right at the 5 month point in your wait for the NOA2. When is your exact date of NOA1? I received mine on June 16 and I'm a December filer (Dec 28th) After 5 months past I did contact my local congressman and put in a inquiry. Not long after my petition was transferred to Texas and I had my approval not long after. I would be a little more patient and then start the inquires. You might fill in your timeline to help us see exactly where you are. Hang in there, it won't be long now.....

June 18, 2015 EAD CARD APPROVED AWAITING DELIVERY!!!

June 24,2015 EAD/AP combo card picked up by USPS

June 25, 2015 EAD/AP card received

October 6, 2015 email stating greencards in production!!!

Since its 2/4 you could go ahead and write your congressman and put in a inquiry. It is very disheartening to see Apr/May filers getting approved and then see people such as yourself still waiting. Not fair at all and I went through the same thing but not much we can do about it except call the USCIS and write your congressman. Have you call USCIS yet? Do that and ask for Tier 2 rep. Hopefully you'll get some information....

I did call the USCIS and they said that the California service center was processing applications from 1/19 and give it 1 more month before calling. I will ask for tier 2 and just write my congressman too? Thanks!

Unfortunately where your paperwork went has the slowest response rate. I filed in January at the Vermont Service center and I just received notice today that it was approved. But see if your filing is past the average wait time. If so, contact the service center and request and inquiry. I did that with mine. After that, things moved along very fast!

Of course just my luck!! I keep reminding myself this is a long but worth it journey! Just feeling so helpless and the waiting game is killing me!!
