The instructions on the I-751 spell out the evidence required. Look at it!

There is rarely an interview!

A good place for info it to look at the FAQs and Guides, the Lifting conditions FAQ for K-1 essentially applies to all conditional green card holders.

7.8) ..What "evidence" should I submit in order to avoid an interview?

I think you will be seeing a lot more interview at the "removal of conditions" stage, seeing as so many AOS applications are being rushed through right now, without interviews. They get you at one end or the other!!

Our journey started in 2001 and it's still not over. It's been a rollercoaster ride all the way! Let me off - I wanna be sick!
