RFE letter submitted original

Good morning guys. I have a little discussion with my fiancé right now and need something to put my mind to rest. We received our RFE hardcopy on Monday and sent it back Tuesday. It got delivered yesterday.

Now I just told him to send me the original RFE letter, and he told me he sent it back to uscis. It clearly stated 'include a copy of this letter' aaargh.. Men..

So was anybody ever asked for the original letter at a later stage in this process? If so I have photographs of the letter when my fiancé showed me what it looked like. Would that be enough?

My soon to be husband of course thinks 'it'll be just fine', as always.

Please anybody let me know if this is something to beat myself up about.

i think ur fiancee was right..(my opinion)

it'll just be fine..

as far as i know., they really have to send a form included on the RfE back to them as the cover sheet for the said evidence..

Thanks for your response. Yea we got the golden sheet that says to put it on top of the response. I'm just wondering why they would say 'include a copy of this letter' if we wouldn't need the original at some point. I just don't wanna give them a chance to give us a hard time over something ridiculous like this.

Nope. As I stated earlier I now only have the pictures he took of every page to show it to me via email. He's one of the 'eeeh it'll be alright' kinda people. I did freak out tho
