Hi,

We are engaged and will like to get married in the U.S. If I understand the instruction correctly, all my fiancee needs to express-mail to me are her G-325A form and 2 passport-style photos (2 x 2), correct?

Regarding boarding passes and itinerary, does she need to send hers as well? In the itinerary, there are stops where I no longer keep the boarding passes. Will that be OK? Or should I write an explanation of why I do not have the boarding passes on some of the stops.

Have you read this guide? http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

Yes - your fiancé should send you a letter of intent, the G325A and her passport photos (US sized). Also scans of any pages in her passport with boarding passes from visiting and any other copies of evidence you're intending to send (may as well send it at the same time).

Don't worry about the boarding passes - many people don't get them anymore, because a lot of airlines have gone digital for their passes. You should have the corresponding entry stamps in your passport, though, and those will do. Make sure you have lots of evidence that shows how and when you have both met in the last 2 years - that's the most important thing to include.

My fiancé and I did a simple way on photo (he is the petitioner), I scanned my photo and send it by email so he can print two photos according to US size since i'm not used to "inch".

For the letter of intent, we put USCIS address on the top of left corner and stated that we intend to get marry within 90 days.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for the responses! Another question: How should I label the proofs of having met in the last 2 years and those of ongoing relationship? Do I just print a paper saying, "Proof of having met in the last 2 years: Photos, emails" and clip the paper together?

My fiancé put the proof of having met in the last 2 years in a plastic and label it with "proof of having met in the last two years" using a pencil.

He put also the passport size photos in small plastic and label it.
