Trying to call NVC and if there is no connection. phoned last week and today, and they are not available. What's going on NVC?

I was sent the DS_230 and I was curious if everything was good and that they have received my paper, however, after more than a month.

I was sent the DS_230 and I was curious if everything was good and that they have received my paper, however, after more than a month.

I called them this morning as soon as they were open at 7:30 am....no problem, had to only wait about 5 min and then I was talking to an operator.

You sure you calling right number 603-334-0700. They are open 7:30am to midnight eastern time

Yes i call 603-334-0700. The feeling that they raise and immediately hangs up.

How do I know if NVC case closed?

I've been getting a lot of busy signals from the NVC in the last two weeks. My advice is to keep trying, avoid Mondays, and try to call as early as possible (7:30 ET). You may have some luck in the evenings (ET) as well, but I haven't had any luck in the afternoons.

NVC has been having technical problems for over a week now, their system has been down and phone system overloaded.

You just gotta keep trying.

Because you are in a different time zone (EEST) and 7 hours ahead, start calling at 14:30 (2:30 pm) when they open, til 7:00 (in the morning) when they close.
