Well I'm not sure it achieved anything, but at least the tier 2 I spoke to was a bit more sympathetic. He couldn't tell me whether it had been assigned to an officer or not. I asked about service requests and he was adamant that it wouldn't slow things down, but couldn't say whether it would help either. So I've raised the request, and now back to waiting.......

61days since they transferred my file to NSC. I'm waiting over 8 months to get Noa2. Nothing changed, just fighting with my hubby everyday about visa. I'm so tired:(

First time poster, I am a July 11 PD, a Jan 3 NSC transfer. I just received a text/email RFE today March 10, not an approval, a dreaded RFE. I do believe the Jan 3 NSC transfers are being worked on now so hang in there. If someone has any ideas of timelines on RFE turn around times at NSC, please advise. I will most likely have info sent out and overnighted same day as I receive written notice in mailbox. What are we looking at after they confirm receipt? 30 days? 60 days?? Anyone please feel free to update google docs with my info. Best of luck to every one. God speed.

Sorry to say but from what I've read, like with the petitions, there isn't a lot of consistency in the responses to RFEs. Some have seen approvals within days of receipt, others have taken up to an additional 60 days. All you can do is hope that someone walks in the door with some work ethic and gets the job done quickly.

Funny how we all know exactly what time it is in Nebraska so we know when to stop expecting activity for the day... For me 6pm CT is 10am (the next day) so my next chance to check for an update will be when I wake up tomorrow.. Sigh.

Some have seen approvals within days of receipt, others have taken up to an additional 60 days. All you can do is hope that someone walks in the door with some work ethic and gets the job done quickly.

Thank you. I would be happy with a 30 day turn around on my RFE. But in any case, I do think we have broken the 2014 transfer threshold on people getting NSC responses finally. Hang in there.

Sorry to hear you got RFE, it might as simple as you forgot to include something. In most cases, RFE turnaround time is very quick. About a week or so. TSC is quite slow in responding to RFEs, NSC and CSC are better. Good luck!

I'm on hold for a "immigration officer" through the uscis right now because the first person I talked to told me I couldn't file a service request because I'm still within the processing time frame. But here's my question should I be worried that the hold message is in Spanish? I have no clue what it's saying
