Wow! NSC, you S-U-C-K!!! This process cares absolutely NOTHING about families who have been apart!!! Why is this taking so long?!?!?!? I have not seen my hubby in almost 3 years! My hubby has not been able to hold our child! (For those that want to know why I have yet to visit my hubby; it is very difficult traveling 4,000+ miles with a toddler and I thought that this process would not have taken this long!) was ur case transferred to ur ucsis local office field, and when ??

because me too my case was transferred to the uscis local, and im worried because i dont hear about it yet,

My case was Transferred to CSC on Jan 13. As far as I know they don't send them to local office anymore. You should have received a letter in the mail saying which service center it went to, either NSC,TSC or CSC

2013: July 20: I-130 sent (Chicago lockbox)

July 24: I-130 NOA1

July 24: I-129F sent (Dallas Lockbox)

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

I got RFE.... Waiting for leter... Damn I'm upset

Sorry I know it feels like a bummer but know that at least someone is working on your file and its not collecting dust. I hope its a simple one and you get approved right away after submitting. I can add you to the July spreadsheet if you want...just use the form in my signature and I will add your info on the list. Good Luck and try to stay positive. Right now i'd take a RFE as mine is just collecting dust with no movement.

04/25/2014- Text message and case update online "testing and interview" stage.
05/06/2014- Text message and case update online with interview date of June 11, 2014.
06/05/2014-Notice sent by NYC acting district director/office that interview date is Aug 21, 2014.....??????????? No change online
06/11/2014 - Interview for AOS. I130 was already attached. Approved and got passport stamped. YAY. Thank God.
06/19/2014 - Case updated online with text and email saying new card mailed.....

06/21/2014-Condtional GC received along with welcome letter.
