Hey everyone, just thought I'd chime in.

We just received our NOA2 (literally 5 minutes ago). I submitted the updated info for the spreadsheet and our timeline.

Ours was expedited but at least we know that NSC is alive and breathing cause they did respond to our service request (expedite request) right away and then approved our I-130 7 days later. Good luck to everyone idea9dv.gif

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.

Just spoke to the so called Tier 2, just to tell me that I got that email by mistake and that the system is going crazy sending wrong msgs to people. SO PISSED RIGHT NOW !

Getting very upset and frustrated with this hole process. It is very upsetting and frustrating to see people with pd dates later than mine and transfer dates later than mine that are being approved. Congrats to them. I am very happy for them.

Just got off the phone with a customer care rep at uscis was told they cannot discuss the case with me only the petitioner. So I asked why it was that others with later pd dates and transfer dates were being approved before mine. Was very politely told that they process cases in the order they are received. HA ya right. What a crock. Especialy knowing that people with earlier dates than mine are still waiting. Ready just to give up.

Giving up should not be an option!

The worst that can happen is to wait a little more, you made it this far! Couple more weeks and you'll get through this painful stage!

I'm not giving up! I hurts when my spouse asks me for updates and all I can tell her are things that don't make any sense at all!

But we have to keep it together!

there is always light at the end of the tunnel! and there is always spring after the winter!
