NOA2 validity

Hi fellas,

my NOA2 was on May 16, when will the validity ends? Is it really 4 months? So when will the validity end? Will it be on August 16 or September 16? Does it mean that i have to have the interview before the validity ends?

the noa2 is valid 4 months. so, if you got noa2 on May, then it's validity will expire in September. Check your noa2 notice, on the right side, where it says "Notice Type: Approval Notice; Valid from xx/xx/2013 to xx/xx/2013"

And yes, you need to have your interview before it expires.

you do? my NOA2 expires in August but the earliest available interview in Montreal was September 9.

there were major delays because I never received packet 3 from Montreal so I only got my packet 4 email July 3.

it's better to contact embassy about the automatically extended. btw, i'm glad my NOA2 valid until September
