I am depressedsad.png . Not sure if this is good or bad. I just got this email today. Any idea where it might have gone? Have any other April filers received this?

On July 10, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I'm thinking... good news? Since VSC is no doubt backed up with DACA cases?

Looks like VSC is heading towards ceasing I-129f adjunctating altogether. Maybe it will soon become TSC and CSC, rather than VSC and CSC, that handles new filers from here on out.

Previous transfers got 3 emails in a row as well. You won't read Texas on any of them till you get the hard copy of the transfer in the mail

I got the same thing. Anyone have an idea as to what that means?

That local office email is a glitch.. We all got it but still ended up in Texas. So don't believe it. You'll get a hard copy of the transfer in a few days by mail

Thanks. I haven’t been paying attention to the Texas transfers. Are they going through them very fast?

They sure try.. I guess lol some have been approved in as little as 3 weeks after the transfer, others (like me) are still waiting. Ain't no telling how fast it's gonna be for you. But definitely better than staying in Vermont! :)

Just a quick update for the new transfers. No your case did not go to local office. Wait until you get your hard copy to find out where it went. Most likely to TSC. TSC by the way is still working on first batch of approvals from May 24. So far, VSC has sent 2 batches of I-129f petitions to TSC for processing. The first batch was filers from Dec and up to Jan 24. Then VSC transferred cases that filed from Jan 24 to end of Feb. These cases still wait to be processed. Once the cases are approved, unfortunately the cases have been left in limbo and were not sent to NVC. Many cases approved 4 weeks ago by TSC are still there. There has been some info that recently TSC shipped the cases back to VSC who in return shipped them back to TSC for final processing. So what does this all mean? 1. Nobody is for sure where all of these cases are. 2.Once approved - calling the NVC daily will not help until the problem at TSC is corrected. When problem is finally corrected, then waiting about a week after your approval would be a good time to call about your case number. 3. to help things at TSC improve, call your US Congressman and Senator and have them inquire about your case . This will help put pressure on TSC to get their act together. As it currently stands, once your case gets approved - your file could be delayed up to 8 weeks before it goes on to the next step of your visa journey. I'm not writing this to bust your bubble, I'm just letting you know what problems lie ahead in this broken system. Just be prepared to do some more waiting.

Thanks for the information. It looks like my fiancee coming to the states before the end of the year is out of the questionsad.png . Oh well.....
